Family Preparedness

Welcome to the PEMA Family Preparedness Page. Our goal is to help educate Pennsylvania's families on how to best prepare for a natural disaster or other large-scale emergency. The links below provide valuable information from PEMA, FEMA, and other emergency management and emergency service organizations to help you prepare for all hazards that may occur in your community. You will find information on preparing for all hazards including, checklists, videos, and brochures. There are also kid’s sites that include games to help our youth learn about the different types of disaster that can affect their communities and how to deal with them.
