Potential Local Project Triage Worksheet (PDF): This triage sheet is to be used by municipal officials that are looking at mitigation options for residents, renters, and businesses to explore mitigation options for their respective communities. Not all mitigation actions may be funded by FEMA or PEMA, but your local bank may be interested in providing a lower interest rate to protect their investment and/or you may be able to obtain a lower flood insurance policy rate by using mitigation techniques to make your property more flood-resistant/resilient.
